My first contact with Heavy Metal was in 1988, when I heard the album “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son” (Iron Maiden). After that I became addicted to this genre and started to listen from bands such as Bon Jovi, Europe, Danger Danger and Talisman, to bands as Yngwie Malmsteen, Stratovarius, Royal Hunt, among many others. As for my first contact with music, it happened in 1996 when I was keyboard player and backing vocal for my band Stalker. After a line up change I took the post of lead singer and have been doing it so to this date. In late 2008, I’ve accepted the call for helping LOST FOREVER in a couple of gigs, but eventually I was chosen among plenty of others for the role of lead singer in january of 2009. Due to calendar mismatch, I left the band in early 2013 and returned in 2018.

Guitars

In 1984 I’ve started to listen to bands such as Queen, Dire Straits, Kiss and Van Halen. When I was 11 years old, this bands already had made a great impact in my life and made me begin to think about become a musician. By the age of 13 I’ve asked my father for an acoustic guitar, which he refused to give me. Only when I was 18 I could buy my first guitar and start realizing my dream of becoming a musician. After a whole year playing this guitar, I’ve joined Straggler (Hard Core/Thrash Metal). After that, I put together some friends and created the band Blind Hate (Thrash Metal). I’ve also played at Advena (Heavy Metal) and Abalone (Blues/Rock n’ Roll), basically at the same time that I started to organize LOST FOREVER with some friends from my town. Furthermore, I played in some gigs with the Arte Profana band (Pop Rock) in 1999, but since then I’m fully dedicated to LOST FOREVER.

Bass

At age eight, I’ve won from my parents the Dire Straits “Money for Nothing” LP. Fell in love for Rock n’ Roll ever since. When I was 12 years old, I’ve started to listen to bands such as Guns n’ Roses, Skid Row, Kiss, Bon Jovi and Faith No More. But it was not until I’ve listened for the first time to the song “Transylvania” (Iron Maiden) that I found out that my life was changed forever more. Since then I’ve started to listen to music that got heavier by the second and included Metallica and Sepultura as some of my favorites. Not much longer until I met the “classics”, bands such as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and The Who. Eventually, at age 16, I’ve met a lot of people that were into heavy music and bought a second hand acoustic guitar (a pretty lame one!) from one of them. I started to learn the songs of my favorite bands just for the fun of it. But quickly emerged the idea of forming a band with some of my school pals. After some quite “non promissing” rehearsals (said the neighbours) the band decided that everyone should play just one instrument and I decided that I was the bass player. After one of this guys moved to Austria we disbanded. When I was 17 I’ve joined my first Heavy Metal band – Influence, later known as No Fate –, in which I played for a year and a half. After that experience I was completely in love with the bass, and started to study its possibilities (as a self taught musician). In march of 1999, I’ve joined LOST FOREVER and have been playing and composing with this band ever since.

Drums

The first contact I had with heavy metal happened when I was 15 years old, when I heard the albums “...And Justice For All” (Metallica) and “Live After Death” (Iron Maiden). At first I thought the way this bands sounded as somewhat odd, but quickly I got used to it. At the age of 17, I’ve watched my first metal concert: Sepultura – on their “Arise” tour, in Rock in Rio II (1991). Man, that was a punch in the stomach! I just couldn’t believe the energy between the band and the crowd, all those “mosh pits” during their concert and the mass of sound coming out of the P.A.’s... From this day on I was hooked and never stopped listening to metal. As a drummer, I started playing when I was 16 years old. By the age of 18, I started to study the instrument and took it more seriously. I had some private lessons with some great musicians from my town. When I was 21, I joined some courses and workshops with drummers such as Dámasso Cerruti, Claudio Infante and others. After this period I kept as self taught musician, always keeping up to date with any news in the drum world.
